Pretrial release programs for
bail bond

I believe with the current economic situation the courts should be ready to apply the gps monitoring devices or other tracking equipment as soon as you post your
bail bond. The bail amount should be reasonable and the equipment should be available for same day release to prevent defendants from losing employment that is hard to get currently.

Think safety for the holiday's

As the busy Christmas shopping season begins I urge people to think ahead for their safety. Doing
bail bonds for 23 years I have seen cars broken into for the gifts inside and women with nice jewelry followed home from the mall and robbed at gun point for their belongings. So think about leaving the big diamond at home, if you own one with this economy and stay safe.

Welfare Cards No Longer Useful for Posting Bail

LOS ANGELES, CA – Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on November 2 limited what welfare cards can be used for. The cards can no longer be used to pay for bail bonds, medical marijuana sellers, and psychic services, according to new rules. Welfare cards will also no longer be used at card rooms, cruise ships, tattoo parlors, casinos, massage parlors, card rooms, bingo halls, gun shops, race tracks, and adult entertainment establishments. The limits are intended to ensure that welfare cards can’t be used for services and goods that are “inconsistent with the intent” of the welfare services program, according to Governor Schwarzenegger.

Have a safe holiday season and a Merry Christmas

As the holidays approach we at Express Bail Bonds want to encourage everyone to have a happy and safe time. In our 23 years of posting bail bonds in Denver Colorado we have seen many casual drinkers have a "couple" drinks and have it end in a negative experience. Considering a DUI is estimated to cost around $10,000 for fees, fines, and additional insurance cost not to mention if a fatality occurs which may result in a lengthy prison sentence. We hope you plan ahead for transportation to keep you and the public safe and with your families. Everything in moderation is a good policy. Have a happy holiday season from Express Bail Bonds Denver Colorado.
